The Supreme Court will soon determine the future of Chevron deference in the upcoming jointly argued SCOTUS cases, Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and Relentless Inc., et al. v. U.S. Dept. of Commerce, et al.

Immediately following the January 17 oral arguments, join Pacific Legal Foundation on Capitol Hill for our event, “Ending Chevron for Good: Next Steps After Loper Bright Enterprises.” Attendees will hear from experts who will give their impressions of how arguments went and what will happen now to Chevron. They’ll also discuss PLF’s related case, Foster v. US Department of Agriculture.

Learn what lies ahead in the battle against Chevron and the role Hill staffers play in ending it once and for all.
