The other week, we brought together the nation’s leading academics, advocates, and attorneys for a virtual crash course on the principle of “birth freedom.” We introduced attendees to the legal and policy landscape surrounding birth options in states across the country, including which states were leading the way and which states were falling behind. 

Now, it’s time to get down to brass tacks.
