The Constitution is clear: The federal government is limited in power. Today, however, the federal government has exercised sweeping control over land use and natural resource regulation.
Join Pacific Legal Foundation and the Catholic University Law Review for a law symposium exploring how the Commerce Clause can constitutionally limit overreaching environmental policies, such as the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act, and how the administrative state may be brought back within proper bounds.
The symposium will feature leading voices in environmental and natural resources law, including a fireside chat with the solicitors general of Ohio and West Virginia, and will conclude with a catered reception.
